Rick Keller

Rick Keller is a seasoned data steward and business transformer, currently serving as the Senior Change Management Lead and Product Data Stewardship Senior Lead at Mars, where they focus on enhancing human-centric change in the M&M’s experience. Rick has a robust background in program and project management, having previously held roles including Manufacturing Supply Chain Systems Leader and Senior Manager of Sales Effectiveness Operations at Mars. Their experience also encompasses leading digital transformation initiatives and managing IT applications across various regions. Rick holds a BA in Information Systems from Susquehanna University, which they completed in 1993.
