Rivera

Rivera (Al) is currently a Value Stream Manager at Mars Wrigley, where they leverage their expertise in lean management systems and new product launches to drive continuous improvement initiatives. They have held various roles at Mars, including Area Manager and Value Stream Manager, and have extensive experience in industrial engineering and lean implementation across multiple organizations such as Eaton Corporation, Textron, and Bosch North America. Rivera earned a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. Fluent in both English and Spanish, they are known for their strong communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
