Rob MacDonald is currently the Global Demand Finance Director at Mars Pet Nutrition, where they partner with the Chief Growth Officer and Global Marketing team to enhance brand strategy and drive the performance of a $12 billion business. Previously, Rob served as the Interim CFO for Mars Food UK, overseeing the financial management of a $250 million operation, and held various finance roles across Mars, including Leadership positions in demand finance and supply finance in Europe. Rob holds a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering with Management from the University of Birmingham and has been affiliated with The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants since 2007.
