Rob Moffett

Rob Moffett is a Global Organisation Development and Change Director at Mars, bringing over 25 years of cross-functional business experience in large multinationals. They have previously served in various roles within Mars, including Lean Mastercoach, Mars University Director for Europe, and Global Director of Customised Learning. Rob's career began at Nestlé, where they held R&D, marketing, and business change positions, and they also managed a team at British Sugar focused on product development. Rob holds a BSc in Food Technology from the University of Reading.
