Robert Wolfe

Robert Wolfe has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as the Interim Strategic Operations Procurement Lead at Mars since May 2020. In this role, Robert oversees procurement for Integrated Facilities Management categories across the UK and collaborates with the EU/CIS business unit to innovate solutions. Prior to Mars, Robert held various leadership positions at BRITVIC PLC, including Senior Category Manager for Supply Chain Operations, where strategies were developed to transform the supply chain. Robert also served as a Procurement Manager, overseeing ingredients and packaging, and was responsible for sourcing critical materials at both Ingredient Procurement Manager and Raw Materials Buyer roles. Earlier experience includes managing engineering projects and procurement for Mars Confectionery and an industrial placement at British American Tobacco. Robert holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, and Management from the University of Birmingham.
