Romy Woelfert

Romy Woelfert is a finance professional with extensive experience in strategic financial roles across leading consumer goods companies. Currently serving as the Cluster Finance Director DACH at Mars since October 2017, Romy has also held positions including Finance Director for Strategic Transformation Europe and Tax & Treasury Director DACH. Prior to Mars, Romy spent six years at Mondelēz International, managing financial strategies for the Gum & Candy business in Northern Europe and overseeing product costing for the Coffee Category. Romy began a career at Kraft Foods Group, where responsibilities included project management during the Cadbury integration and asset management within developing markets. Romy holds a Diplom in tourism and finance from HARZ University of Applied Sciences and has additional educational experience from Institut Universitaire Professionnalisé PERPIGNAN.
