Roxana Panait, MBA, is the Head of Tax and Treasury for Europe, Central and South at Mars. Previously, Roxana served as the Controller Sublicensing - Europe at Mars from 2018 to 2021, and held various finance roles at companies such as Wrigley, where Roxana was CFO for Romania. Earlier in their career, Roxana worked as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Xerox and as a Software Engineer for the Romanian Ministry of Defense. Roxana is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Economic Cybernetics at The Bucharest University of Economics Studies, building on their academic achievements that include an MBA from Oxford Brookes University and being a Fellow of ACCA.
