Sandi Levine

Sandi Levine is an experienced Undergraduate Research Assistant at Ismail Research Laboratory and Plant Protein Innovation Center since August 2019. Additionally, Sandi serves as the Director of Community Service for Alpha Gamma Delta starting in December 2020. Sandi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Minnesota, earned between 2018 and 2022.
