Sarah Lam

Sarah Lam is an Employee Relations Manager at Mars, where they have held multiple roles since 2016, including People and Organisation Manager and Employee Relations Specialist. Prior to joining Mars, Sarah gained valuable experience as an HR Assistant at Clarks and served as an HR Advisor at Downside Abbey and School. They also completed a postgraduate research project focused on youth recruitment at Wiltshire County Council and interned at Blackpool Council's Equality and Diversity Unit. Sarah holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of the West of England and a Bachelor's degree in Politics and History from Lancaster University.
