Sarah Upper

Sarah Upper is the Head of Logistics at Mars Canada, where they are currently accountable for the operation, budget, and strategy of the Mars Canada Distribution Network. With 20 years of experience in various supply chain roles, Sarah has successfully managed end-to-end supply chain operations and led strategic initiatives in their previous position as Supply Chain Transformation Lead at Mars. They have also held multiple roles at General Mills, including Demand Planning Manager and Operations Business Manager, where they collaborated cross-functionally and drove critical manufacturing initiatives. Sarah holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and is pursuing a Logistics Management Certificate from George Brown College.
