Scott Sweeney

Scott Sweeney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital commerce and brand management. Currently serving as the Global VP of Digital Commerce Growth at Mars since September 2022, Scott leads significant growth initiatives for Mars Snacking by establishing a global center for acceleration and strategy. Scott also provides expert consultation as an Advisor for Crossbeam Venture Partners and holds a Non-Executive Director position at Monolith. Prior to these roles, Scott spent over a decade at Unilever, where responsibilities included leading international business development for Amazon, overseeing digital commerce strategies, and managing brand portfolios across diverse categories. Scott holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Rochester and completed the Corporate Innovation Executive Program at Stanford University.
