Shailesh Jha

Shailesh Jha is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and data sciences. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering (Data, Platforms, and Integrations) at Mars since June 2024, Shailesh previously held the position of Engineering & Data Sciences Leader at Amazon from January 2017 to June 2024, where notable achievements included scaling diverse teams and innovating measurements for physical store advertisements. Prior to Amazon, Shailesh worked as Director of Global Solutions Architecture at TIBCO, creating global teams in cloud integration and data analytics while managing executive client relationships. Shailesh's career began at Deloitte, where significant contributions were made in leading digital transformation programs across various industries and managing technology tracks for mergers and acquisitions. Shailesh holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur.
