Sharon Higgins has extensive experience in quality assurance and operations within the food industry. Beginning as a QA Coordinator at Presco Food Seasonings from September 1994 to November 2007, Sharon advanced through various roles at Mars, including Commercial Operations Analyst and Transactional Solutions Automation Coordinator, demonstrating expertise in ingredient declarations, packaging specifications, and process automation. Additionally, from October 2016 to February 2019 at M&M Mars, Sharon focused on quality management procedures and training in pilot plants. Currently serving as a Systems & Metrics Technician at Mars Wrigley Confectionery since February 2019, Sharon also held a QA Coordinator position at Kerry Ingredients from November 2007 to March 2014, overseeing quality activities and environmental monitoring. Sharon is a graduate of Belvidere High School (1986-1990).
