Sharon Ross

Sharon Ross has extensive experience in engineering and operations management, currently serving as Interim Plant Director at Mars since September 2011, following roles including Operations Manager and Segment Industrial Engineer for Europe, focusing on supply chain strategy and project engineering. Sharon began with a solid engineering foundation through a 1st class MEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bath. Additional experience includes serving as Volunteer Manager at Raleigh International, where projects aimed at improving sanitation and community resilience were implemented, and working as Utilities Technician at Unilever.
