Sian Gavin

Sian Gavin is currently the European Brand Director at Mars, where they lead brand strategy and growth while developing creative communication campaigns. Previously, Sian held various roles including Marketing Manager and Senior Brand Manager at Essity, where they managed brand strategy for notable products. Their early experience includes positions as Assistant Brand Manager at Halewood and Cushelle Brand Manager at SCA Hygiene Products, where they developed and executed comprehensive brand strategies. Sian earned a 2:1 BA Hons in Advertising & Marketing from the University of Lincoln.
