Simon Taylor

Simon Taylor has over two decades of experience in engineering and management within the chocolate sector at Mars, where responsibilities have included roles such as Global VP Engineering, Director of Engineering, and Engineering Director since August 2000. Prior experience includes positions such as Head of Engineering for UK Chocolate, Central Engineering Manager, and Project Engineer at Haden Drysys from 1994 to 2000. Simon Taylor holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Manchester, achieved between 1990 and 1993.
