Sofia Farooq

Sofia Farooq is currently the Global Customer Collaboration Lead at Mars, where they are involved in a leadership graduate scheme, engaging in multiple rotations across the business. Sofia graduated from the University of Warwick with a BSc in Psychology, achieving a 2:1, which they believe enhances their understanding of human behavior in the commercial world. Prior to this, they gained valuable experience as a Digital Content Intern at Centrica and worked as an Activity Instructor at SuperCamps, among other roles.
