Steph Thompson is a Senior Quality Manager for External Manufacturing Europe at Mars Wrigley, bringing extensive experience in manufacturing, food importing, and retail environments. Previously, they served as Global Program Manager and Global Quality Management Leader at Mars, as well as Quality and Technical Manager at Waitrose & Partners. Steph has a strong background in establishing quality standards and implementing food safety systems, demonstrated through roles at Lovering Foods and Sainsbury's. They hold several relevant certifications, including MIFST, Advanced HACCP, and FSSC22000 Lead Auditor, and earned a BSc in Food Manufacture - Quality and Technical Management from the University of Lincoln.
