Susan Young

Susan Young is a Strategic Execution and Planning Director with a strong background in supply integration and transformation. They previously held key roles at Mars, including AMEA Region Supply Integration & Transformation Lead and various financial management positions. They also contributed to the finance teams at Wrigley Pacific and Masterfoods Australia, demonstrating expertise in demand planning and commercial finance. Susan completed their Bachelor of Commerce at the University of New South Wales and enhanced their skills through the CPA Australia Program and training at London Business School.
