Syma Daouk

Syma Daouk is a Channel Director with over 15 years of experience in the FMCG sector, excelling in category leadership, trade marketing, portfolio management, and retailer engagement. Previously, Syma worked at Mars, where they held multiple roles, including Marketing Category Manager and Supply Chain Manager, successfully driving brand strategy and managing supply crises. Currently, Syma serves as Emerging Channels Director for Mars Food & Nutrition in France and leads various strategic initiatives in pet nutrition across Europe and the Middle East. Syma holds an MBA from IE Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Management from the American University of Beirut.
