TaMara B. has over five years of experience at Mars, where they currently serve as the Global Material Master Data Champion, focusing on quality assurance and risk assessment in the food industry. In their role, TaMara leads significant quality initiatives, including Project Orchestra and T&C GO-Live, achieving a 95% MQM compliance rate while managing a cross-functional team of over 20 associates. Prior to Mars, they worked at The Kraft Heinz Company and Kraft Foods Group, where they developed strategies for supplier compliance and managed quality issues. TaMara earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
