Tim Callahan

Tim Callahan is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Learning Curriculum Manager at Mars since April 2024, Tim previously held positions including Consultant and Account Executive at LifeLabs Learning, where client engagement and training program expansion were emphasized. Tim also contributed as a Learning Solutions Associate II at Grubhub and took on roles with LifeLabs Learning focusing on account management and L&D program development. With a strong background in business development demonstrated at FOCUS Training, where revenue targets were significantly exceeded, Tim has facilitated numerous leadership development programs and managed diverse client accounts. Educationally, Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational and Community Leadership from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
