Tipman Kevin is a Senior Engineer in Factory Innovation at Mars, having spent over 9.5 years in various roles within the organization. They began their career as a Team Captain for Material Movement in Manufacturing at Oak Park, IL, then transitioned into Quality & Food Safety, where they achieved a Six Sigma Green Belt and various certifications. At Mars’ Burr Ridge site, Tipman manages projects supporting the Ice Cream Business and has developed a passion for coaching and mentoring. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at Purdue University.
