Todd Gillespie is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global human resources and change management. Currently serving as the Global Transformation Lead for the Mars Snacking Segment since July 2011, Todd successfully partnered with the segment HR Leadership Team to implement a $111M global OD Simplification program while enhancing People Data Analytics capabilities for a community of 120 global HR Business Partners. Previously, Todd held roles such as the Global HR Change & Communications Lead for the Global Workday Implementation and Senior Global HR Business Partner at Mars, contributing to the launch of shared services and expansion initiatives across multiple regions. Todd's earlier experience at IBM and Accenture focused on executive talent management and large-scale change programs, enabling organizations to enhance leadership capabilities and achieve strategic goals. Todd holds a BA in History and Spanish from Trinity College-Hartford and furthered education at the University of Oxford and Universidad de Córdoba.
