Tom Oliver is an accomplished Principal Designer and Global Design & Innovation Manager at Mars, where responsibilities include overseeing global design initiatives for Orbit/Extra gum and Health & Wellness projects within Mars Wrigley Confectionery. Prior to joining Mars in October 2009, Tom held multiple positions at AG Barr, including Design & Innovation Manager for Future Innovation and UK Design Project Manager. Additionally, Tom gained experience through a design placement at The Leith Agency in 2008. Tom holds a BA(Hons) degree in Design For Industry from Northumbria University.
