Torsten Vorlauf has extensive experience in engineering roles, having served as a Segment Engineer and later as the Global Technical Lead for Dry Rice at Mars from January 2005 to January 2008. Prior to this, Torsten was employed at Mars Petcare from July 1998 to December 2002, where responsibilities included Project Engineer and Controls Officer. Torsten holds a Diplom in Physics from the University of Oldenburg.
