Travis Reaves

Travis Reaves serves as the Mars Pet Nutrition Global VP, overseeing portfolio strategy and marketing capabilities since 2023. Previously, they held the role of North America SVP and Chief Strategy and Growth Officer at Mars, where they led a team responsible for a business exceeding $6 billion in sales. They have also worked at McKinsey & Company as an Associate Partner, leading growth strategy initiatives, and held leadership positions in various companies including Tractor Supply Company and Ernst and Young. Travis is currently pursuing an MBA from Columbia Business School and has graduated with honors from both the University of Florida and the University of Virginia.
