Tyler Monce

Tyler Monce has accumulated extensive experience in finance and accounting roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Finance Digital Transformation Manager and previously as Sr Team Lead - Fixed Assets & Supply Chain Finance at Mars since January 2020, Tyler has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in financial management. Prior to Mars, positions included Lease Accounting (ASC 842) Implementation Specialist and Fixed Asset Team Lead Accountant at Dow from September 2015 to January 2020, as well as Financial Reporting Analyst at Perrigo Company plc from August 2013 to August 2015. Early career experiences include roles as an Audit Intern at Doeren Mayhew and Foreclosed Asset Management at Capitol National Bank, alongside work as an Accounting Associate at Advia Credit Union. Tyler holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Grand Valley State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University, and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Kalamazoo Valley Community College.
