Valentin Stamate

Valentin Stamate is the Regional Display & Equipment Head for Central Europe, the Baltics, and Ukraine at Mars Wrigley, leading a diverse team across multiple markets. With a background in engineering, sales, and marketing, Valentin previously held roles such as Trade Marketing Coordinator and Sales Representative at Mars, where they excelled in developing strategies and in-store solutions to enhance customer experience. Valentin has also worked as a Medical Sales Representative and performed various roles in merchandising and sales, demonstrating a strong capacity for multitasking and stakeholder engagement. They hold a Master’s degree in Managerial Strategies and Policies from Universitatea „Dunărea de Jos” din Galați and an engineering degree from Universitatea Dunarea de Jos Galați.
