Victoria Argyle

Victoria Argyle is currently the Global Category Lead for Fats and Oils at Mars, a position they have held since 2026. Prior to this role, they served as a Strategic Sourcing Manager for Fats and Oils at Mars from 2023 to 2026, and as the Head of Group Procurement at BRAIN Biotech AG from 2022 to 2023. Their extensive experience also includes positions at Nestlé, where they worked as a Global Procurement Manager for Rice, Barley & Oats and Dairy, along with roles as a Procurement Specialist, Demand Planner, and Supply Planner. Victoria earned a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, between 2020 and 2022.
