Vitale Rich

Vitale Rich is a meticulous and innovative Engineering Professional with extensive experience in automotive hard goods and consumer packaged goods within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Capital Execution Manager at Mars since 2025, they previously held key roles at Kellogg Company, including Sr. Cost Estimating Manager and Engineering and Facilities Manager, where they developed capital projects and budgeting strategies. Vitale played a significant role in the development and launch of six Greenfield plants and has successfully created standard processes and training programs for Cost Estimating and Capital Management.
