Yan Li, M.S., is currently a Senior Product Development Scientist at Mars, where they have been since 2022. Prior to this role, Yan served as an R&D Project Manager at BYHEALTH from 2020 to 2022 and worked as a Food Scientist at Vital Proteins from 2016 to 2020, developing over 150 products and establishing quality standards. They began their career as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Michael Foods in 2015. Yan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Quality and Safety from South China Agricultural University and a Master’s degree in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
