Founded in 1926, Marsh Properties has long been a part of Charlotte’s skyline. When Lex Marsh built his first multi-family residences in the 1920’s, he demonstrated a deep sense of stewardship for the Charlotte community and its people and this dedication continues today.

Through the years, we’ve developed local landmark communities such as the new Park & Kingston located in Historic South End, Queens at Granville in Myers Park, Strawberry Hill Apartments and Shopping Village in SouthPark, and Providence Park located on the edge of Ballantyne.

Steadfast commitment to our Core Values upholds the business values established over nine decades ago: Integrity and Fairness, Marsh Quality Standards, Personal Service, People, Family Heritage and Competitive Spirit. This is the foundation of our success.

We are proud to be recognized as one of Charlotte’s leading multi-family and commercial real estate developers/operators and honored to build neighborhoods people love to call home.
