Andy Skelton

Andy Skelton is a Senior Engagement Lead at Marsh, specializing in risk consulting and advisory services for clients in power generation and renewable energy. With a strong technical background in applied marine engineering, Andy previously served as a Lieutenant in the US Navy Reserve and held the role of Managing Specialist in the Boiler & Machinery Division at Travelers, where they managed teams conducting risk analyses for complex equipment. Andy's career in engineering began as a First Engineer at Sealift Inc., where they oversaw engine room operations. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering and Shipyard Management from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
