Arif Kamruddin

Arif Kamruddin is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and natural resources. Currently serving as the Managing Director for the Global Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions practice at Marsh since January 2022, Arif previously held the position of Director, Head of Strategy & Business Development for the Private Equity Practice at Willis Towers Watson from April 2017 to January 2022. In this role, Arif was responsible for developing go-to-market strategies and managing key client relationships. Prior to that, Arif worked as an Associate Director at KPMG UK, focusing on energy and natural resources, and held various strategic roles at ExxonMobil/Qatar Petroleum and Shell International Petroleum Company. Arif holds a Master of Public Administration in International Finance and Economics from Columbia University.
