Ben MacCarthy is an experienced insurance professional with a strong background in casualty management and customer distribution. At Willis Towers Watson, Ben served as Head of Casualty for Asia from December 2021 to August 2023, and continues in a similar capacity at WTW until June 2025, while also leading the Real Estate division for the region. Prior roles include heading Customer & Distribution Management and Casualty within Hong Kong at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. Ben began his career at Liberty International Underwriters as an Underwriting Assistant and progressed through various roles at Marsh, including Vice President of Retail Placement. Ben holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Queensland University of Technology.
