Charles Sunley is the Private Equity and M&A UK Placement Leader and a Senior Vice President in Marsh’s Transactional Risk practice. With previous roles as a Trainee Solicitor at Jones Day and an Associate at Osborne Clarke, Sunley has built expertise in private equity and M&A. Sunley holds a Graduate Diploma in Law and a Legal Practice Course with Business Finance, both from BPP Law School, as well as a degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Exeter.
