Chip Hardie is currently the Managing Director of Energy & Power at Marsh, where they lead client executive initiatives and oversee energy and power distribution. Prior to this role, Chip served as a Senior Vice President at Marsh from 2020 to 2024, and held various positions within the organization, including Vice President and Assistant Vice President. From 2009 to 2014, Chip served as a Submarine Officer in the US Navy aboard the USS Maryland. Chip earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy in 2009.
