Cydney Morgan

Cydney Morgan has over a decade of experience in the insurance and recruitment sectors. Cydney began a career at The Recruitment Shop as a Recruitment Coordinator from June 2012 to October 2013, followed by a role as Personal Assistant to the Head of Financial Lines at Howden Insurance Brokers from November 2013 to May 2017, advancing to the position of Account Executive for Financial Lines. After a career break for travel from March 2019 to March 2020, Cydney joined Marsh in April 2022 as a Broker specializing in International Management Liability, ultimately being promoted to Assistant Vice President and then Vice President until March 2023. Cydney holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biology from the University of Sussex, awarded in 2012 with a classification of 2.1.
