David Roe

David Roe is a Freeman of the City of London with extensive experience in the marine and cargo insurance sector. They served as a Marine and non-Marine Treaty Reinsurance broker at PWS from 1983 to 1984 and held various roles including Cargo Broker at Sedgwick and Marsh until 2007. From 2007 to 2010, David was the Head of Marine, Cargo, and Specie underwriting at Ascot Group, further solidifying their expertise in the field. Currently, they are active in the industry with ongoing engagements.
