Dena Abdallah

Dena Abdallah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and claims operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Marsh since March 2018, Dena has previously held key positions including Vice President, Managing Consultant at the same company and Director of Claims Operations at US Foods from December 2009 to February 2018. Dena is also an Executive Board Member and active member of the National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association since March 2009. With earlier roles as Director of Risk Management at OfficeMax and Manager of Workers' Compensation at RR Donnelley, Dena has built a robust skill set in claims management and risk analysis. Dena holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, French, and Computer Science from Bradley University and an ARM designation in Risk Management from the Insurance Institute of America.
