Ebru Bitgül

Ebru Bitgül is currently the Director of Property, Casualty & Reinsurance Operations at Marsh Turkey, a position held in 2023. With an extensive background in the insurance industry, Ebru served as a Senior Marine Underwriter at Emek Sigorta from 1997 to 2001 and as a Marine Underwriter at Commercial Union from 1994 to 1997. Ebru began their tenure at Marsh in 2001, progressing to the role of Manager in Reinsurance Operations. They hold a Bachelor of Public Administration from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi, earned between 1988 and 1994.
