Erica White serves as the Chief Client Officer for Financial Institutions at Marsh since December 2020, bringing extensive experience in the insurance and legal industries. Prior to this role, Erica worked at Willis Towers Watson as a Global Relationship Manager in the FINEX FI division from May 2018 to November 2020 and held various positions at Aon from 2005 to May 2018, including Client Director and Vice President & Team Leader in the Insurance Company Practice Group, overseeing a team of brokers managing professional liability policies. Erica's legal background includes serving as a Financial Services Group Claims Attorney at Aon and as an Associate Attorney at Semple Miller Mooney & Farrington, focusing on federal employment litigation. Erica began a legal career as a Law Clerk for the State of Colorado, drafting court orders and facilitating court operations. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
