Florie Starkings is a Principal and Team Leader in Risk Management at Marsh. They graduated with First Class Honours in Business and Management from De Montfort University and were recognized as a finalist in Airmic’s Business Excellence Alumni in 2021. Florie has received several accolades, including the Airmic Rising Star Award in 2022 and has participated in the Selfridges Group Ivy House Illuminate Programme for emerging leadership. Currently, they are enrolled in the AIG Risk Management Academy and pursuing a CII Diploma.
