Fred Smith

Fred Smith is a Managing Director at Marsh, overseeing sales and client relationships across the Greater Mid-Atlantic with a P&L responsibility exceeding $70M. Recently appointed to the Marsh Operating Committee, they are dedicated to enterprise transformation initiatives and innovation in AI governance. Prior to their current role, Fred founded Smith Venture Group and worked as a consultant at Bain & Company, demonstrating a diverse background in strategic leadership. They hold an MBA from Harvard Business School and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Florida.
