Gary Shlom

Gary Shlom is the COO for the Asia-Pacific Region at Marsh, with over 30 years of experience in the Insurance and Risk Management industry, specializing in operations and technology. Having joined Marsh in January 1997, Gary has held various significant positions, including Regional CIO for Africa and Head of Client Technologies for the Asia Pacific. Gary is a Fellow CIP of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and has attained fellowships with both the Insurance Institute of South Africa and the Institute of Risk Management. They achieved accolades for outstanding performance during their qualifications and contributed to the field as an examiner for the Institute. Gary is currently based in Sydney, Australia.
