Glenn Lim, CFA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic management and analytics across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Regional Strategy at Marsh since June 2020, Glenn plays a key role in the Asia executive leadership team, focusing on strategic planning, climate and sustainability initiatives, M&A efforts, and data-driven business analysis. Prior to Marsh, Glenn held various positions at Aon, leading global sales enablement initiatives and providing analytics-driven insights for senior leadership. Previous experience includes roles at bp, Barclays Investment Bank, and as a research assistant at Singapore Management University. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Singapore Management University and is currently enrolled in the Oxford Fintech Program at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. In recognition of contributions, Glenn received the Marsh CEO Award in 2022.
