Grant Naylor

Grant Naylor is currently the Assistant Vice President in the Insurer Consulting Group at Marsh. They are a senior at Virginia Tech, majoring in Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Technology. Previously, Grant interned at Ariel Property Advisors, where they gained valuable insights into New York City Real Estate. Grant also participated in a Virtual Learning Program at Marsh & McLennan, learning from industry experts about the insurance brokerage world. Their long-term goal is to start their own business while continuing to deepen their understanding of business success.
