Gregg Rencher has demonstrated a strong commitment to education and client service through diverse experiences. As an Americorps Member at Unidos Para La Familia from January 2021 to August 2023, Gregg assisted Spanish-speaking students in obtaining their GEDs by developing PowerPoint presentations and study materials for weekly Zoom sessions conducted exclusively in Spanish. Additionally, at Marsh, from October 2021 to April 2024, Gregg worked as an Associate Client Advisor and later advanced to Assistant Vice President. Gregg holds a degree in International Studies from Rowan University, with a focus on German, Spanish, and Eastern European & Russian Studies, acquired from 2017 to 2021.
