Hans Swolin

Hans Swolin possesses extensive experience in the transactional risk and insurance sectors, currently serving as the Head of Transactional Risk Europe at Marsh and Co-Head of Transactional Risk Insurance for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, in addition to overseeing the Nordics private equity and mergers & acquisitions. Previously, Hans held the position of Senior Partner at Jardine Lloyd Thompson, and served on the board of Ericsson Insurance (Försäkring) AB. With a strong background at Ericsson as Senior Group Legal Counsel focused on finance, insurance, and M&A, as well as Group Legal Counsel, Hans began their career as an Associate at Mannheimer Swartling. Academic credentials include a Master of Laws (LLM) from Lund University and additional studies at the University of Vienna.
